Whether you need help wrangling academics, navigating life, or both, we’ll find your best fit so you can stop floundering and finally feel G-R-E-A-T about who you are and what you’re doing. With my individualized coaching approach, I’m able to help you manage those darn demands of school, work, and/or relationships—all without adding to your stress (and distress).
I coach with integrity (and roughly 3 cups of peppermint tea, full disclosure). I walk the walk—proudly—and I talk my talk. In other words, I’ll never ask you to do something that I wouldn’t do myself. My sessions include insights, advice, guidance, wisdom, humor, and honesty.

We take a step back to see what’s working for you, and what isn’t—plain and simple. It’s about taking the time to step outside of the routine and spend some time considering who you are and the life you’re living. The world is filled to the proverbial brim with ways to muck up the simple power of pausing and reflecting.

When I’m your coach, I’m your partner and friend in life. I promise we won’t have to wear coordinating outfits. The guidance is important, but there’s also generous pours of support and accountability tossed into the mix.

With expert precision, we analyze the main goals and areas of your life that you reeeeeeally want to make changes in. These are your priorities, and they’re going to help you make the shifts that matter most. What’s important? What do you value? What do you want?
